Detailed Description:
Oxidized polyethylene wax is used as an oscillation additive material for road marking coatings, and is used to adjust the performance of road marking coatings. It has the characteristics of high melting point, high hardness, no cracking, no ash, wear resistance and scratch prevention. Shorten the time when the road marking paint does not stick to the tire, improve the efficiency of opening traffic, and form an anti-fouling layer on the surface after the paint is cured to maintain the clean color of the marking.
The oxidized polyethylene wax products flow very well, which can improve the toughness, adhesion, stain resistance, compressive strength, anti-slip ability of the road marking paint.
Qihong oxidized polyethylene wax T-4017 is mainly used in hot melt road marking coatings, with the following characteristics:
1. High softening points can improve the heat resistance of road marking coatings; low viscosity can adjust and improve leveling, good flow performance, and improve construction efficiency.
2. The wax is distributed in the coating to protect the coating, prevent scratches, and provide wear resistance.
3. Control friction coefficient: It is usually utilizing its low friction coefficient to provide excellent smoothness of the coating, while having a special silk soft touch due to different types of waxes.
4. Chemical resistance: Due to the stability of wax, the coating film has better water resistance and salt water spray resistance.
5. Prevent bonding: Avoid back-sticking and bonding of painted or printed objects.
6. Control gloss: Choose the appropriate model, and different extinction and gloss effects are available according to the amount of addition, and the three-dimensional feeling is good.
7. Prevent the hard-bond and deposition of auxiliary materials such as silica and increase the stability of the coating storage.
8. It is particularly recommended for oscillating line road marking paint, which has a good wetting and dispersing effect on titanium dioxide.
