In 2006, we started to engage in the oxidized polyethylene wax industry. In 2006, Chairman Zhang Guofa was debugging board production formulas abroad. Some raw materials relied on imports, which were sold at high prices in China with insufficient supply and frequent stockouts. This inspired his determination to establish his own brand: to make wax powder belonging to the Chinese!

    In 2014, Qihong Shanghai Company was established. In 2014, Qihong Shanghai Company was founded as a large-scale modern chemical technology enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales of wax powder. Its products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions worldwide, with exports accounting for over 50%.

    In 2016, the Vietnamese branch was established. In a foreign land, we not only produce high-quality wax powder but also independently operate a board manufacturing factory. From the source to the finished product, every step embodies our persistent pursuit of quality and rigorous control over formulations.

    In 2017, Hefei Qihong Company was established. In 2017, Qihong Polymer Materials Hefei Branch was grandly established, with a large-scale wax additive production base and an advanced R&D laboratory.

    In 2019, the Indonesian factory was established and successfully put into production.

    Qihong has an independent wax powder R&D center in Hefei, covering an area of approximately 1,500 square meters, equipped with 50 cutting-edge instruments, and assembled a R&D team composed of 12 doctoral supervisors and industry elites, having obtained nearly 30 national patents. It has collaborated with renowned scientific research institutions such as Beijing University of Chemical Technology and University of Science and Technology of China to jointly promote technological innovation. In addition, the laboratory is equipped with a big data platform to deeply mine industry data and provide accurate support for R&D decision-making. Qihong continues to promote technological innovation, successfully overcoming various technical problems of oxidized wax to meet the demand for high-end wax powder in different fields.

    Qihong has 40 advanced intelligent production lines, with 10 rigorous quality inspections from raw materials to finished products. Its core products include high-density oxidized polyethylene wax, low-density oxidized polyethylene wax, oxidized Fischer-Tropsch wax, oxidized paraffin wax, and liquid oxidized polyethylene wax. Its newly developed hydrogenated polyethylene wax product, with an world-leading process, has successfully broken through the technical bottleneck in the wax powder industry. Qihong's products are widely used in industries such as electronics, photoresist, ceramics, textiles, engineering plastics, coatings, pigments, material modification, inks, casting release, wax emulsions, and rust-preventive oils.
