    F1058A demonstrates excellent compatibility with PVC, serving as an internal/external lubricant. It effectively controls shear conditions, promotes flow, regulates friction, and improves melting performance, thereby enhancing thermal stability. Its highly crystalline and linear structure ensures a smooth PVC product surface while optimizing physical and processing properties.

1.2 Release Agent
    F1058A provides superior metal release performance, increasing production output while preventing black spots caused by overheating at PVC-metal interfaces.

1.3 Viscosity Modifier
    In PVC processing, F1058A not only functions as a lubricant but also adjusts processing viscosity to improve production efficiency.

2. Masterbatch Applications

1. F1058A enhances dispersion in filled, modified, and functional masterbatches.
2. Ensures uniform distribution of inorganic components and pigments, improving product appearance.

3. Paints and Coatings Applications

    Primarily provides heat resistance, defoaming, leveling, anti-settling, and dispersion effects. It also increases surface hardness, wear resistance, and anti-blocking properties.

4. Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: 25 kg/bag (polyethylene woven bag with kraft paper liner)
• Storage:
  • Do not transport with toxic substances. Protect from sun and rain.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources, flames, and direct sunlight.
  • Storage and mixing areas must be well-ventilated to avoid dust inhalation.
  • Prevent moisture. Shelf life: 1 year (can still be used after quality testing if expired).
  • Transport as general chemicals.
