Oxidized Polyethylene Wax Micro Powder G Series
Oxidized Polyethylene Wax Micro Powder G Series
Detailed Description:
Qihong Micro Powder Wax G Series is an ultrafine powder of oxidized polyethylene homopolymer, suitable for water-based coatings and inks, flexographic/gravure inks. It has good compatibility with fillers and pigments, anti precipitation effect, extremely high toughness and outstanding wear resistance, high melting point, good gloss, and can be incorporated into water-based coatings and inks under the presence of wetting agents and surfactants. It plays a role in anti adhesion, friction resistance, no impact on gloss, no impact on transparency, and a good hand feeling.
➢ Oxidation makes it compatible with water solvent and will not produce foam.
➢ It has hardness and wear resistance that wax lotion is difficult to achieve, and has little effect on gloss.
➢ Easy to disperse in solvent based coatings and inks, with significantly better light retention and transparency than general polyethylene wax micro powders.
➢ Excellent wear resistance and toughness
➢ Anti adhesion performance
➢ Reduce friction coefficient

Product Application:
Adding amount and usage method
1) The addition amount is generally between 0.5-5%, adjusted appropriately according to the product system and purpose.
2) It can usually be directly dispersed in solvent based coatings and inks by high-speed stirring.
3) When used in water-based coatings, a small amount of surfactant needs to be added to disperse it in the water-based coating system.
4) The final effect of dispersion depends on various factors such as the viscosity of the coating system, container, and equipment.
Packaging and storage:
25Kg/bag
It does not decompose at room temperature and should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from high temperatures, sources of fire, and direct sunlight. It is recommended that the storage and mixing areas have good ventilation conditions to avoid dust inhalation. Transportation refers to general chemicals.
