Wax Additives for PVC Water Pipes

    In the manufacturing process of PVC water pipes, we not only have requirements for the appearance of the pipes but also aim to improve quality and reduce costs.



    Qihong oxidized wax used in PVC water pipes has the following functions:

1. High melting point: According to the formula dosage, no migration or precipitation will occur.

2. High acid value: (Higher acid value indicates more polar groups and better compatibility with PVC resin). During extrusion, high-density oxidized polyethylene wax can provide effective lubrication.

3. Easy demoulding: Avoid material scaling on high-temperature metal surfaces.

4. Endow products with smooth surface and gloss.

5. Small particle size: Improve filler dispersion and increase impact strength.

6. Increase material fluidity, promote plasticization, and reduce processing energy consumption.
