Detailed Description:

    Oxidized polyethylene wax is used as an auxiliary material for asphalt modification. Qihong asphalt modifier LQ-3716 has the characteristics of reducing viscosity, resistance to high temperature aging, high melting point, improving surface hardness, wear resistance, and preventing scratching. Qihong oxidized polyethylene wax LQ-3716 is used for asphalt modification and has the following characteristics:

1. High softening point can improve the heat resistance of asphalt; Low viscosity, adjustable to improve leveling and flowability, and enhance construction efficiency.
2. Wax is distributed in the coating to protect it, prevent scratches and abrasions, and provide wear resistance and high-temperature resistance to rutting.
3. Chemical resistance: the stability of wax gives the film better water resistance, salt water spray resistance and other properties.
4. Improve surface hardness, enhance low-temperature flexibility of asphalt, and resist high-temperature aging.

Product Application:

Indoor processing technology:

    The heating temperature for asphalt is 140-150 ℃, the heating temperature for aggregate is 160-170 ℃, the mixing temperature for asphalt mixture is 145-155 ℃, and the compaction temperature is 135-140 ℃. The dosage is 0.2% -0.4% of the mass of the mineral material.
The mixing process is as follows:
1. Pour the heated aggregate into the mixing pot
2. Add the weighed oxidized polyethylene wax LQ-3716 into the mixing pot and mix dry for 30 seconds
3. Add the weighed asphalt binder into the mixing pot and mix wet for 90 seconds
4. Add the weighed mineral powder into the mixing pot and continue mixing for 90 seconds

Packaging and storage:

    25Kg/bag

    It does not decompose at room temperature and should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from high temperatures, sources of fire, and direct sunlight. It is recommended that the storage and mixing areas have good ventilation conditions to avoid dust inhalation. Transportation refers to general chemicals.
