Industry Applications
Asphalt Modification
Oxidized polyethylene wax has been widely used in road asphalt and has achieved excellent application results, making asphalt roads "non-deformable in summer and non-cracking in winter", that is, it has good rutting resistance at high temperatures and high crack resistance at low temperatures.
Oxidized polyethylene wax has excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance, with good chemical stability and compatibility with asphalt. It can quickly combine with asphalt to improve asphalt components without worrying about precipitation from asphalt when the state changes. It can melt and disperse quickly and evenly during asphalt mixing, increasing the viscosity of asphalt, enhancing the asphalt's ability to resist flow, and significantly improving the rutting resistance of asphalt mixtures.

It also meets other performance requirements of asphalt mixtures. Compared with the original asphalt, the asphalt modified with oxidized polyethylene wax has significant improvements and enhancements in high-temperature performance, elongation, tensile strength, elasticity, compatibility with mixtures, and aging resistance. It can effectively improve the storage stability of modified asphalt, reduce segregation, maximize the low-temperature ductility of modified asphalt, enhance high-temperature rutting resistance and low-temperature crack resistance, making it suitable for use in both high-temperature and low-temperature regions.
