    Qihong Micronized Wax P Series is an ultra-fine powdered polyethylene homopolymer with a well-defined spherical structure, narrow particle size distribution, and uniform molecular weight, ensuring easy dispersion. It is suitable for water-based coatings, flexographic/gravure inks, and topcoat wood lacquers, providing functions such as smoothness, scratch resistance, wear resistance, anti-blocking, and stain resistance.

Product Features

(1) Can be used in powder coatings to increase hardness, anti-soiling, scratch and wear resistance, and assist in matting.
(2) Suitable for solvent-based flexographic/gravure inks, improving wear and scratch resistance, reducing friction coefficient, while providing a smooth, soft feel and enhanced hydrophobicity.
(3) Used in coil coatings, plastic paints, and wood lacquers, it offers good hardness, excellent wear resistance, high transparency, effective anti-fingerprint/anti-smudge properties, and synergistic anti-settling effects.

(1) The addition amount is generally 0.5-5%, adjusted appropriately according to the product system and application.
(2) It can usually be directly dispersed in solvent-based coatings and inks via high-speed stirring.
(3) For water-based coatings, a small amount of surfactant is required to enable dispersion in the water-based coating system.
(4) The final dispersion effect depends on various factors such as the viscosity of the coating system, container, and equipment.
