    On September 4th, nine ministries including the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Natural Resources jointly issued the "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of New-Type Building Industrialization". The Opinions put forward 37 measures from 9 aspects, and set clear requirements for the development of new-type building industrialization in terms of design, construction, integration of information technology, and other aspects.

Previously, she never put anything on the walls when renting because she was worried about damaging the wall surface, but now she has no such concerns at all. In addition to the walls, the floor of the house is also assembled.

    Zhang Bo, General Manager of the Construction Management Center of Beijing Municipal Housing Security Construction Investment Center, stated that the repair rate of projects using assembled decoration is significantly lower than that of projects implemented by traditional methods, with the monthly repair frequency per thousand units decreasing by approximately 83%.

    Data shows that in 2019, the newly started assembled building area nationwide was 420 million square meters, accounting for about 13.4% of the new building area. According to estimates, the average annual growth rate of assembled buildings in the past four years has been 55%. To promote the development of new-type building industrialization, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will issue relevant standards and guidelines to realize the standardized production of assembled components and parts!
