High-Density Oxidized Polyethylene Wax (OPE Wax) is produced by cracking, polymerizing, and fully oxidizing HDPE in a high-temperature and high-pressure reactor, thus exhibiting higher stability and lubricity. Although its price is slightly higher than that of ordinary polyethylene wax, it has become a new favorite in fields such as rigid PVC products, oscillating marking coatings, hot-melt adhesives, and heat-shrinkable tubes due to its low addition amount and excellent performance.
Compared with imported waxes, Qihong's high-density oxidized polyethylene wax is more cost-effective and offers better plasticization.

Qihong high-density oxidized polyethylene wax is used in the field of rigid PVC products, mainly playing a lubricating role, with the following advantages:
1. Fully oxidized with good stability, so it is not easy to decompose in high-temperature environments, thus maintaining effective lubricating performance.
