Detailed Description:
High-density oxidized polyethylene wax OA20 is a high-temperature lubricant of polymers. It has a certain amount of carboxy and hydroxyl groups in the molecule. It is a functional processing aid with excellent performance. It is used in films, wax emulsions, advertising boards, granulation, injection molding and other products. Compared with ordinary oxidized polyethylene, OA20 has the following advantages:
➢ It can improve liquidity. It can reduce the adhesion of thermoplastic melting and increase the flowability of the melt, improve mold release, as well as yield;
➢ It improves the surface finish of the product. Improve the production cycle, continuous production, and good coloring of products;
➢ It can increase plasticization while reducing torque, has high soft points and good hardness;

This product cannot be transported at the same time as toxic substances, and it is strictly forbidden to be exposed to sunlight and rain. It does not decompose at room temperature and should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from high temperatures and fire sources, and avoid sun exposure. It is recommended that good ventilation conditions be required for storage and mixing areas to avoid dust
inhalation. Strictly prevent moisture and the storage period is one year. It can only be used after passing the performance inspection after one year. Transportation refers to general chemicals.
