Detailed Description:
Modulated high-density oxidized polyethylene wax H-3815 is a high-temperature lubricant suitable for plasticizing PVC foamed plates. It has an external lubrication effect, which can improve the appearance finish of the product, facilitate mold release and reduce extrusion torque. H-3815 has the following advantages for the production of PVC foamed plates compared with ordinary oxidized polyethylene:
➢ Increase plasticization while reducing torque;
➢ It can reduce the adhesion of thermoplastic melting and increase the flowability of the melt, improve mold release, and improve yield;
➢ During the processing process, it is used to make dispersants, lubricants and brighteners to improve the gloss of finished products and improve the appearance;
➢ It has good compatibility with PVC and other additives, strong mid- and late lubrication efficiency, and greatly reduces production costs.
