Detailed Description:
High-density oxidized polyethylene wax S-3816 is a high-temperature lubricant for polymerization of polymerization of polymerized polymers. It is suitable for plasticizing PVC foamed plates. It has an external lubrication effect, which can improve the appearance finish of the product, facilitate mold release and reduce extrusion torque. S-3816 has the following advantages for the production of PVC foamed plates compared with ordinary oxidized polyethylene:
➢ It can increase plasticization while reducing torque;
➢ It can reduce the adhesion of thermoplastic melting and increase the flowability of the melt, improve mold release and yield;
➢ It is used as a dispersant, lubricant and brightener during processing to improvethe gloss of finished products and improve the appearance;
➢ Good compatibility with PVC and other additives, strong mid- and latlubrication efficiency, and greatly reduces production costs.

Product Application:
It is mainly used in the production of PVC foam boards, and is also suitable for PVC advertising boards, PVC cabinet boards, PVC transparent tiles, PVC floors, PVC SPC floors, building forms, WPC products, etc.
Packaging and storage:
It does not decompose at room temperature and should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from high temperatures and fire sources, and avoid sun exposure. It is recommended that good ventilation conditions be required for storage and mixing areas to avoid dust inhalation. Transportation refers to general chemicals.
