High Density Oxidized Polyethylene Wax OA13
High Density Oxidized Polyethylene Wax OA13
Detailed Description:
High-density oxidized polyethylene wax OA13 is a high-temperature lubricant for oxidation and polymerization of polymerization of polymers. It has a certain amount of carboxy and hydroxyl groups in the molecule. It is a functional processing aid with excellent performance. OA13 has the following advantages compared with ordinary oxidized polyethylene for the production of films, advertising boards, granulation, injection molding and other products:
➢ It improves liquidity. It can reduce the adhesion of thermoplastic melting and increase the flowability of the melt, improve mold release and yield;
➢ It improves the surface finish of the product. Improve the production cycle, continuous production, and good coloring of product.
➢ It can increase plasticization while reducing torque, high soft point and good hardness;
