High Density Oxidized Polyethylene Wax OA10
High Density Oxidized Polyethylene Wax OA10
Detailed Description:
High-density oxidized polyethylene wax OA10 is a high-temperature lubricant for polymer oxidation polymerization, there is a certain amount of carboxyl and hydroxyl groups in the molecule, which is a functional processing aid with excellent performance, OA10 has the following advantages compared with ordinary oxidized polyethylene for the production of PVC foam board, pvc profile, pvc granulation, heat shrinkable tube and other products:
➢ It can increase plasticization while reducing torque. It has high soft points and good hardness;
➢ It does not only reduces the adhesion of thermoplastic melting and increases the flowability of the melt, but also improves mold release and improves yield;
➢ It can improve the appearance of the product, improve the production cycle, be continuously produced, and the product is well colored;
➢ Compared with polyethylene wax, it can significantly improve compatibility with fillers, pigments, and polar resins, and has excellent dispersion effect
