Hard Film Anti-rust Oil Additive
Low-density and low-molecular-weight oxidized polyethylene wax QH3615 is an ultra-low molecular weight polyolefin wax derived from pure natural gas, basically free of aromatics in petroleum, presenting as a waxy white solid with a concentrated molecular weight distribution.
It can be used as an additive in antirust oil, with the main functions as follows:
1. Forming a dense protective filmIts polar groups can firmly adsorb on the metal surface, forming a hydrophobic barrier to block moisture, oxygen and corrosive media, thereby delaying metal rusting.
The microcrystalline structure of the wax improves the adhesion of the antirust oil, making the oil film more durable and less likely to fall off due to friction or scouring, which is suitable for long-term storage or marine transportation protection.
3. Salt spray and high temperature resistanceThe wax film is resistant to damp heat and salt spray, and can still effectively protect metals in harsh environments (such as marine climates).
