Product Introduction

    Qihong oscillation additive as an auxiliary material for road marking coatings, is used to adjust the performance of road marking coatings. It features high melting point, high hardness, no cracking, no dust adhesion, wear resistance, and scratch resistance. It shortens the non-stick time of road marking coatings to improve traffic efficiency, and forms an anti-fouling layer on the surface after coating curing to maintain the clean color of the marking. The oxidized polyethylene wax product has excellent fluidity, which can enhance the toughness, adhesion, anti-fouling property, compressive strength, and anti-slip ability of road marking coatings.

Product Advantages

• High softening point can improve the heat resistance of road marking coatings; low viscosity can adjust and enhance leveling and flow properties, facilitating construction and improving construction efficiency.
• Wear resistance, scratch resistance, and abrasion resistance: Wax is distributed in the coating film to protect it, prevent scratches and abrasions, and provide wear resistance.
• Control of friction coefficient: Its low friction coefficient is usually utilized to provide excellent smoothness to the coating film, and different types of wax also impart a special soft silk-like touch.
• Chemical resistance: Due to the stability of wax, it can endow the coating film with better water resistance, salt spray resistance, and other properties.
• Prevention of adhesion: Avoids back adhesion and sticking of coated or printed objects.
• Control of glossiness: By selecting appropriate models and adjusting the addition amount, different matting and gloss-enhancing effects can be achieved, resulting in a good three-dimensional appearance.
• Prevents hardening and sedimentation of auxiliary materials such as silica, increasing the storage stability of the coating.
• Particularly recommended for oscillating line road marking paints, with excellent wetting and dispersing effects on titanium dioxide particles.
